Family Made
The Franscioni family has farmed the Santa Lucia Highlands for four generations, where our estate vineyards thrive in this rugged coastal landscape. All of our vines are hand-tended and our small lot wines are made with precision.
Sense of Place
Our home in the Santa Lucia Highlands marries California sun with cool morning fog and powerful afternoon winds, helping our grapes ripen slowly while preserving their natural freshness and structure. This long growing season allows flavors to develop to their fullest expression.

All of our vineyards are SIP Certified (Sustainable in Practice), a reflection of our commitment to responsible farming for generations to come. Healthy vines are fostered through attentive and active farming.

Winemaking
The vibrant character of the Santa Lucia Highlands shines through with our minimal-intervention approach, allowing the pure fruit expression of our vineyards to take center stage.
Wine is produced in our state-of-the-art winery nearby our vineyards. Grapes are night-harvested and crushed at the winery within 2 hours to preserve freshness.
Ring Leader spends 10 months in French oak, adding subtle layers of texture and spice to our powerful fruit profile. Our Pinot Noir offers bold red fruit and forest floor notes, lifted by a bright, mouthwatering acidity that keeps you coming back for another sip.
